Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to the law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without providing any justification.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Exceptions:
    • Wallpaper cut to the customer’s specifications.
    • Used candles.
    • Rugs that have been used or washed.

2. Returns for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or one that differs from your order, we will cover the return and replacement costs in full.

Procedure:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Send photos highlighting the defect or issue.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Wallpaper cut to the customer’s specifications or installed.
  • Candles that have been lit.
  • Rugs that have been used or washed.
  • Sale items, unless defective.

4. Return Process

  2. Shipping: Pack the product in its original condition and send it to the address:

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and contact you.

Refund or Replacement:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • If you prefer a replacement, the new product will be sent at no additional cost.

5. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or incorrect orders.
  • In cases of errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
